This is not a toy!  Now you can get a serious big bore muzzle brake - flash hider for your Ruger® 10/22® rifle at a previously unheard of price due to our volume production manufacturing capability.  The Pike Arms® M22/50™ Slip On Muzzle Brake / Flash Hider is precision machined from billet aircraft aluminim and professionally anodized for maximum lightweight strength and durability.  It completely eliminates any flash and directs muzzle gasses away from the shooter and at angles away from the target.

The M22/50™ Slip On Muzzle Brake / Flash Hider is easily installed on factory taper (NOT bull / .920 / Heavy / Target barrel) Ruger® 10/22® rifles in less than a minute without the need for any special adapter, coupling or barrel threading by utilizing a pair of locking set screws, with one on each side of the muzzle brake hidden inside the porting.  The required installation allen wrench is included with the muzzle brake.

This is such a serious brake for a 10/22 that its just about an overkill, but thats how I always like it. The machining is very clean and it goes on nice and snug. Its a cool accessory for your rifle that is way better than most of the flashhiders on the market. Overall a nice product and the price was a bargain.

For shooting gofers, I am loving this muzzle brake. There is just about no flash at all and the noise goes out in all directions. I tried it with my .17 and its just as good. Its easy to put on and off the gun in seconds. All my shooting buddies think I have some bad a@@ big gun when they see this brake on there and its only a .22LR. Well worth the money and shipping was fast. I will buy from TI again cause they treated me good.

The machine work is very nice and although its only for a .22, I think it actually does make a difference. Everyone that's seen it has asked where I got it and how much it cost. For the price, its a very good deal. Installation was a snap, literally. I just gave it a whack with my hand and it snapped right on and once I snugged the 2 locking screws down, there's no way its going anywhere. Keep up the good job tacticalinc. Now how about one for my 300 mag rifle? (hint hint) ;)

Everything about this muzzlebrake is first class. I have the black one and am going to get the titanium colored one for my stainless gun with my next order. The finish is really nice and the fit is perfect. Not too often that I don't have something that I don't like about a part but this one is well make and well engineered. 5 stars no question about it.

I have the black one and love it. I probably could have sold it at the range a couple times already but that's not why I got it. Only complaint is I wish you'd have had the titanium available when I got my black one but no complaints. Its well made and look good. I'll just have to get the titanium one and sell off my black one next time.

Love the M22/50 muzzle brake! Installed in seconds without a hitch! awesome simply awesome. I dont own a ruger 10/22 but I do have a mossberg 802 dont clear the front sight to good but with the right motivation slipped right in. very pleased with this product

Received my M22/50 in the mail FAST! Thanks for that! Installed in less than i minute. Bought the matte blue to go with my blue barrel on an ATI Strikeforce folding 10/22 stock. This muzzle brake fit like a glove, feels and looks like great workmanship. Very happy with my purchase and will be buying the stainless one for my stainless barrel 10/22 in the near future.

I bought this item hopeing it would fit my Remington 597.... It did not but with some determination you can make it fit. The barrel of the remington 597 seems to be like .02 cm in diameter bigger than the Muzzle break. I just shaved a little all around the barrel with a grinder and it fit. Makes my 22 LR look like a mini 50 cal.

Just got this today. It slipped right on with no problems. My neighbor seen it and cracked up, his jaw dropped and told me he had to have one. LOL Now everyone that see's this on mine wants one. I put the matte finish one on a blued barrel and it looks great! Just like a mini 50 cal. Ordering 4 more for friends and of course the wife has to have one on hers. Goodbye old style flash hiders.

The M22/50 Muzzle Brake is specifically designed for easy installation on a Ruger factory taper barrel. It would be unlikely that it would easily fit on any other firearms.

The M22/50 Muzzle Brake works with all standard Ruger 10/22 calibers, in both .22 and .17. For what should be obvious reasons, it will not work on the Ruger .44 magnum carbine due to the larger bullet diameter.

The M22/50 Muzzle Brake does not decrease the sound when the rifle is discharged. A reduction in sound can only be legally accomplished by the use of a sound suppressor which is regulated by ATF. However, since the high pressure gasses are vented to the atmosphere in multiple directions at different intervals, the perceived sound when firing may be less since the noise is now directed in different directions rather than simply straight ahead, which would be the case when firing without the M22/50 Muzzle Brake installed.

PIKE ARMS® M22/50™ SLIP ON MUZZLE BRAKE / FLASH HIDER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Installation is quick and easy.  No tools are required other than the supplied allen wrench.

1. Ensure that your rifle is not loaded.  Remove magazine.  Retract bolt and visually verify that the chamber is emply.

2. Using the supplied allen wrench, loosen the attaching set screws that are located in the left and right sides of the muzzle brake.  It is not necessary to completely remove them.  Unscrew them far enough that they do not protrude into the inside of the muzzle brake.

3. Slide the muzzle brake over the muzzle of the barrel while aligning the front sight with the clearance cut in the muzzle brake.  The muzzle brake is designed to be a snug fit.  Due to the manufacturing tolerance of the factory Ruger® barrels, the muzzle brake will often require a slight hit with the palm of your hand to fully seat it.  DO NOT use a hammer or similar to hit the muzzle brake.   You will damage the muzzle brake which would not be covered by any manufacturing warranty.  Please note that although the Flash Hider is a slip fit installation on most taper barrels, due to the considerable tolerance variations at the muzzle from one factory barrel to the next, in some cases it may be necessary to do some minimal fitting in order to get the correct light press fit on your barrel.

4. Once the muzzle brake is seated flushly on the barrel, use the supplied allen wrench to loosly tighten one of the two set screws.  Next loosly tighten the second set screw on the other side.  Once both are lightly attached to the barrel, secure each a little tighter.  Use caution not to over torque the two set screws so much as to strip the threads out of the muzzle brake. 

Installation is complete and is ready for use.
